We cost our services based on the level of management & number of elements required.
We understand that budgets need to managed in line with project funding. Equally, if you are applying for funding, you will want visibility at the point that you draft and apply for the funding call.
That’s why we have 3 simple service levels 1, 2 3.
If Opus Vox are engaged the client will always receive the Level 1 service listed below, this can be viewed as our entry level support package.
Level 1
Core Exploitation & Dissemination Services
- Marketing Strategy: Creation of an initial strategy that meets the requirements of the project, including deliverables & metrics / KPIs. This will also include a content strategy to maximise presence in market
- Target Audience: Identification and/or confirmation of target audience including where appropriate audience insights to better focus on relevant channels
- Routes to market: We will determine which channels are most applicable for dissemination, including digital and non-digital – offline – activities.
- Data / Lead Capture: As part of the marketing & dissemination activities we will ensure all inbound enquiries and leads* are captured and recorded into a CRM platform. (We can also if needed identify a CRM platform and manage CRM activity – a fee applies here)
- Reporting: Opus Vox will provide regular monthly** dissemination reports detailing all activities and updates on any changes required.
- Content: Creation & delivery of two short form blogs or one long form content piece per month
- Social Media: Creation of presence on relevant social channels; regular (bi-daily) social posts & ‘newsjacking’^ service; building of followers / connections across the channels and promotion of project to drive traffic to relevant website or landing pages
^Newsjacking is the re-posting of relevant news items with commentary; it is a powerful way of demonstrating thought leadership
Level 2
Enhanced Exploitation & Dissemination Services
For those clients requiring addition support we have the Level 2 package which has all the elements of Level 1 plus:
- Creation, set up and ongoing management of CRM platform
- Three / four short form blogs, or two long form content pieces per month
- Daily social media posting / newsjacking
- Creation & management of webinar / webcast, one per quarter
- Provision of collateral for quarterly meeting reviews and presentation of activities at the meeting
Level 3
Bespoke Services
